Each eligible individual may register one Account only on the jom99 Platform. The registration of multiple accounts by the same individual, whether under the same or different personal details, is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for the immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances.

You must provide accurate, complete, and current personal information during the registration process, including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and contact telephone number. jom99 reserves the right to require updated information at any time if we have reason to believe the information on file is inaccurate or outdated.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. Any activity occurring under your Account credentials will be deemed to have been carried out by you. jom99 accepts no liability for losses arising from the unauthorised use of your Account credentials where such loss results from your failure to maintain adequate security.
Subject to your continued compliance with this Agreement, jom99 grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for lawful recreational gambling purposes only.

In the event of a technical malfunction, system error, or software bug that results in an eroneous game outcome or incorrect payout, jom99 reserves the right to void relevant wager(s) and restore account balances to their pre-error state. jom99 accepts no liability for losses, missed winnings, or other damages arising from technical malfunctions beyond our reasonable control.
6.1 Accepted Deposit Methods
jom99 accepts deposits via the following Malaysian payment methods, subject to availability and minimum/maximum limits as displayed on the Platform at the time of the transaction: Touch'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX Bank Transfer (Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong, and other participating banks), and USDT TRC20 cryptocurrency. All deposits are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) unless otherwise stated.
6.2 Deposit Processing
Deposits via e-walets (Touch 'n Go, Boost, GrabPay) and DuitNow are typically credited to your Account instantly. Deposits via FPX Bank Transfer are typically processed within 5–15 minutes. USDT TRC20 cryptocurrency deposits are subject to blockchain confirmation times of approximately 15–30 minutes. These are indicative processing times only and are not guaranteed.
6.3 Withdrawal Conditions
Withdrawals are available to Players whose Accounts are fully KYC-verified. jom99 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals must be made via the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, where technically possible. jom99 does not facilitate withdrawals to third-party accounts.
6.4 Anti-Money Laundering
jom99 operates strict Anti-Money Laundering (AML) controls. Deposits that are not followed by genuine wagering activity and are then withdrawn may be treated as suspicious transactions. jom99 reserves the right to withold withdrawal processing pending AML review and to report suspicious activity to relevant competent authorities in accordance with applicable law.

The jom99 name, logo, and all associated trademarks, service marks, and trade dress are the exclusive property of jom99. Unauthorised use of any jom99 intellectual property is strictly prohibited.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, jom99 and its directors, officers, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, or computer damage or system failure, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform.
jom99's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with this Agreement, regardless of the cause of action, shall not exceed the net real-money deposits made by that Player in the30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Gambling Risk Disclaimer: Gambling involves real financial risk. jom99 accepts no responsibility for gambling losses incurred by Players. By using the Platform, you acknowledge that you gamble at your own risk and that gambling should be approached as entertainment, not as a source of income.
Nothing in this Agreement shall operate to limit or exclude jom99's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be lawfully excluded or limited.

Upon Account closure for breach, any Real Money Funds balance will be assessed on a case-by-case basis. Funds attributable to fraudulent deposits, bonus abuse, or proceeds of prohibited conduct may be forfeited. Remaining legitimate funds will be returned to the Player via the original deposit method where possible.
Players may close their own Account voluntarily at any time by contacting our support team. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining Real Money Funds balance will be processed for withdrawal subject to standard verification requirements.

These Terms and Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable under the jurisdiction in which jom99 holds its operating licence.
In the event of any dispute between a Player and jom99, the Player should first contact jom99's customer support team to seek informal resolution. The majority of disputes can be resolved quickly and efficiently through direct communication with our support team.
If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, jom99 and the Player agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts or arbitration bodies as specified under our operating licence framework.
